ABOUT

Country roots, city polish

We started Meadow & Mantel after years spent styling rooms rather than bouquets — choosing fabrics, sourcing antiques, deciding where the light should fall in a room. Flowers turned out to need the same proportion, texture, and restraint, just in a different material.

We work the way a boutique hotel is decorated — gathered, seasonal, a little imperfect on purpose — using what's growing nearby in New England alongside the occasional imported bloom, so every arrangement still looks like it belongs in the room, telling its own story.

We're not decorating around the flowers. The flowers are decorating the room.

SERVICES

Three ways we work

Weddings

Bouquets, ceremony arches, and reception tables planned around your venue's architecture, not a catalog of what's trending.

Events

Corporate dinners, milestone parties, and seasonal installations — arrangements sized for the room and the guest list.

Interiors

Standing weekly or biweekly arrangements for homes and businesses, chosen to work with the room's existing palette.

RECENT WORK

PROCESS

How a project comes together

i.

Consultation

We walk the space (or look at photos of it) and talk through the mood, the budget, and the date.

ii.

Concept

A short mood board and a materials list — palette, textures, and stem choices — before anything is ordered.

iii.

Sourcing

Stems come from local growers where the season allows, filled in with select imported varieties.

iv.

Install

We build on site whenever we can, so every arrangement is set for the light in that exact room.
